Saya baru membeli nokia n900 dan sebagaimana product sebuah pabrikan ada nilai + dan -.
+1 GUI (graphic user interface) intuitif dan mudah digunakan, namun bagi power user, bagi pengguna awal atau yang baru menggunakan smart phone mungkin akan berkomentar agak ribet.
+2 Kecerahan layar meskipun hanya 54k patut diacungi jempol, dan terbaca baik di bawah terik matahari.
+3 Qwerty keyboard dan virtual keyboard cukup nyaman dan presisi.
+4 Daya tahan battry.
+5 Support pop3 / push email
-1 Hardware n900 boleh dibilang poin 9 skala 10, namun operating system maemo dan aplikasi pendukungnya masih jauh dari harapan, salah satu yang paling menyebalkan pengguna tidak bisa melakukan sinkronisasi dengan ovi suit ataupun dengan contact di ovi.com
-2 Sebagian besar interface OS maupun aplikasi hanya tersedia pada mode horizontal
-3 Aneh juga aplikasi office tidak tersedia free, padahal perangkat ini digembar gemborkan sebagai mobile computer, rasanya hambar bila tidak ada free office yang disediakan oleh nokia.
-4 Ovimap belum (tidak) mendukung voice guidance, bila anda sangat mengandalkan ovimap sebaiknya pilih seri n yang lain.
-5 cukup berat dan besar untuk disandingkan dengan smartphone terbaru.
Kesimpulan:
1. Great device but lack of application support.
2. Power user akan menyukai n900.
3. Bila anda tidak punya cukup waktu untuk bermain2 dengan handset highend ini mungkin seri e dan n yg lain patut dipertimbangkan atau smartphone yang sudah terkenal kemudahan pemakaiannya.
